Can these be attached to decking?
By Kathy Forrest on May 30, 2014
It is not recommended as the supporting struts need to be embedded in something.
We are considering ordering 6 is there a discount.
3 will be fixed on brick pillars and 3 on timber sleepers. How are they fixed and do you provide the fixings?
If we order now can we have a timed delivery Friday or Saturday morning. Thanks

The fixings are supplied. There are L-shaped screws which go into the ground.
You can order them on a next working day delivery for an extra charge or a Saturday delivery which is more expensive.
what sort of light source is it and how many watts?
By lucy@rockford company on Feb 7, 2014
It is lit by a one super bright SMD (surface mounted diode - the new LED) and is intended to be a nice diffused glow.
How do the lights get attached to the ground? Doesn't seem to be a spike or screw holes?
By Paula on Jan 23, 2014
The Durham and York
are attached to the ground by way of screwing it to decking or similar. Alternatively it comes with "L" shaped prongs that can be buried in firm earth or concrete to keep it upright.
Are the rechargeable batteries replaceable when they eventually run out or is it a sealed unit?
By Oliver on Jan 23, 2014
Yes, they're individual AA rechargeable batteries that are very easily replaced.
