Bought one of these lights over a year ago and then two more this year as they're so good. Give a good light and have the option to turn the light down giving a longer battery time. They're not in full sun now so don't last all night but still last reasonably well. Hope they're coming back into stock?

8 | 0 Give best light for solar lamps I've ever had. Well made. Only improvement comment I can think of is the plastic spike could be a bit wider to improve stability if strong winds affect them. That's a minor comment as that situation hasn't occurred as yet.

9 | 0 Got this for my small garden that has a lot of darkness at night. This made such a difference I couldnt beleive how bright it was. It lit up all night but its dimmering now since I need to turn it off to recharge. The winter weather hasnt helped. Definitely worth the money, easy to assemble and very good quality. Thank you.

8 | 0 Great lights dotted around the garden, and go all night even this time of the year, late November. We have the London XT Solar Post Lights for the border of the patio, and the Henley Premium Solar Garden Lights further into the garden, amongst plants - the combination is great. Around the garden shed we have Lumify Fairy Lights, so I guess we like all the lights. The quality of all the lights is far better than B&Q lights and into our second year. On the Henley, my only comment for improvement is replacement rechargeable batteries, equivalent to the original (that came with the lights) might not be as well suited. I've tried PowerOwl and ReCyko, which work, but don't go through the night. Only 1 of 5 Henley's had issue with batteries.

11 | 0 After a couple of teething problems that were rectified by the Solar Centre very quickly I'm very happy with these lights. I bought 6 to place around the garden and they look lovely, giving a good light even on the lowest light setting. Even on dull days or semi-shade they perform in the evening but obviously the glow doesn't last as long as it would if they had been in full sun. I've always wanted garden lights but many solar lights don't perform well... these do.

In my experience they last about 6-7 hours at the lower brightness but I am in Keswick so perhaps the light levels are not so intense. I am very pleased with the quality and the look, so much so I recently purchased two more. I have looked and tried a few solar lights and these are by far the best I have come across.

6 | 0 I have got to agree with some of the reviews already on here. We purchased two lights and have got them in a tub so they look like little lamp posts. We had a problem with one of the lights......being the bulb having a yellow glow instead of a white glow. Solar centre sent us out another lamp which has also got the bulb that gives a yellow glow so now at least they match. We would of preferred the white glow bulbs but not to much of a problem. To end this I will just say that the Solar centre items are good and worth there money and the staff there are very helpful

7 | 0 Have worked through many garden pillar lights, each lasting about a year before succumbing to rust on the electrical contacts. One from Homebase lasted 8 years - obviously better made than the norm. Your delivery service was top notch. I joked with the delivery man that he was one minute late! Light produces good level of brightness. I hope it lasts more than a year. One improvement would be to incorporate some fins on the pole at ground level, as even when driven in right down to the top of the spike, strong winds blow it sideways. A previous light had two flat protruberences at this junction, which stopped the light moving.

Good to hear it's working out well for you! The Henley takes standard AA rechargeable batteries, you'll know when it's time to replace them when the runtime after a sunny day is greatly reduced. The batteries should last up to 2 - 3 years.

I could.not find the switch mentioned nor could 2other people.I was about to put it all back together when the ceiling light cast it's beam right on it. They produce an excellent amount of light, and really light up the surrounding ground area very well. They seem to start to get dimmer, but only after about 5 hours of illumination, and would probably be even better if left in full sun all the time in daytime. I'm very pleased with these lights, better than any I've seen in local shops and garden centres.

I phoned a charming young lady who very patiently pointed me in the right direction, success.. Set it in the garden and lasted out 3 nights-very surprised. 5 | 1 The light output is good, and the unit is very nicely designed. The light does not stay on anywhere near as long as the Lumify USB lights that I have had for several months now - even in mid-November, they stay on until almost midnight! I bought the Henley light primarily for use in Spring and Summer, so I will have a better idea of how well it performs then. It does have a fairly large solar panel, and three AA-size batteries, so I'm expecting it to work well at that time of year. I think the solar panel is covered by rigid plastic, which I hope will not discolour.

4 | 0 Because of the height of the Henley Solar Garden Light, this has and is incredibly for clearly illuminating the steps up to my front door. Easy to assemble. The only negative is that the so called warm light is actually quite a cold Xeon style colour. I would much prefer a warmer light.
