What can I use it for?

Mixing drinks and cocktails
Use your SoLait100 as a cocktail mixer. All drinks which do not require shaking can be prepared in this way.

Salad dressings
Prepare your favourite salad dressing (vinaigrette or cream dressing) by mixing the ingredients with the SoLait100 as usual. It's easy and you will have a creamy dressing in no time.

Froth Milk in 15 seconds
Heat up the milk without bringing it to the boil. Hold the whirl disk of the SoLait100 just below the surface of the milk. All you have to do now is press the button for 15 seconds and move the whirl up and down. You will soon have creamy milk froth without any annoying splashes.
