Very low quality light, operating instructions, poor - none
fixing, small and very flimsy plastic catch broke off just by pushing light into latch (no pressure needed), Not worth the money, have found better quality, easy fitting at lower price

How it works
The Solar PIR Utility Light has a powerful 0.6W solar panel that charges the high capacity battery during the day. At night the Solar PIR Utility Light lights up as soon as it detects motion and turns itself off 25 seconds after motion stops.
Using it as a Solar Security Light:
Simply position your Solar PIR Utility Light outside and postion the solar panel facing south. After dark the Solar PIR Utility light will light up as soon as it detects motion.
Using our 15-LED Solar PIR Light as a Solar Shed Light:
Install your light inside your shed and postion the solar panel outside (usually on top of your shed). When you enter your shed the PIR Utility Light will light up automatically and turn off again 25 seconds after you leave.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will the PIR motion sensor & dusk sensor work in the presence of other abient lights? i.e. street lighting.
By A Cunningham on Oct 17, 2014
The presence of other lights can affect this unit. So long as it is not shining directly on the solar panel or PIR it will be fine.
Hi there, I've purchased two of these lights and had them charging all day today however they still do not want to light up? I know it says 3 to 5 days just wondering how often it really takes this long to charge?
By Adam on Sep 30, 2014
We recommend 3-5 days for a full charge before use. If you are experiencing issues please e-mail: Returns@TheSolarCentre.co.uk so we can resolve the problem for you.
Can the light be positioned in low-light areas? We wish to mount inside an open porch but the location , although an open area, does not receive direct sunlight.
By Andrew Asker on Aug 3, 2014
The solar panel needs to be positioned in direct sunlight. The light part does not need direct sunlight.
