Frequently asked questions
can you attach the flower attachments to the bling fairy lights
Asked by chris Thomas on 21 Jan 2017
Yes, sometimes you may need a bit of silicone as there can be slight variations in the LED size.
When the lights are not in use, should the panel be kept charged.
Asked by Brian Norris on 7 Jan 2017
We recommend leaving your lights up to enjoy them year round however if you do decide to store them it's best to get the panel out approx once every month or so to ensure the batteries are kept healthy.
can you get replacement bulbs in white instead of coloured
Asked by john peaker on 29 Sep 2016
This product uses LEDs which are soldered to the wire string and are not replaceable.
where does the solar panel have to beplaced for best results
Asked by carol campbell on 25 Aug 2016
The panel needs to be facing the sun for the most amount of time over the entire day. Mid day sun is of course the strongest. Depending and where you live the angle of the panel will change over the year. Right now in the UK the sun is almost straight overhead thus the panel should be almost horizontal at this time of year.

Do the lights need to be switched on or off daily? I read a review regarding required access to a switch.
Asked by Tia on 18 Nov 2014
