Hi, I have had a set of the Blingstring lights for a couple of years now, but the solar panel and battery has stopped working properly. Every other light doesn't work and everytime they come on they cycle through all the modes...I can only think its a problem with the unit. Can I order a replacement?

The cable between the LED bulbs is garden green.
How long does the rechargeable battery last in the solar panel? Mine seems to not be charging any more. Can I order a replacement one?

Please try the recharge procedure of turning it off for a few days to build up the charge in the battery. Like with all rechargeable batteries the efficiency is likely to drop after 3-5 years depending on usage. We offer a full 12 month warranty should you have any problems within this time please contact us. The battery can not be replaceable on this product
how do i change the lighting mode? i would like to keep them on permanently?

To change the mode keep pushing the on/off button. The constant setting is the last setting before the lights turn off.
Can I detach the lights whilst charging and plug them in intermittently as required?

You can detach the lights and leave the panel in the sunshine to charge. I would be careful about water ingress into the plug part if you leave it unplugged. The other (and better) alternative is to use the on/off switch on the back and turn them on when you want them to work.
Do these bulbs have a blue hue when lit ? The ones I have found in garden centres do, rather than pure white.

These are white lights. A few have mentioned a slightly blue hue but it is rare.
Is it possible to get 10m White solar fairy lights with CLEAR cable please ?

How do these compare to your other product, Everbright Solar Fairy Lights - White 50 LEDs besides the amount of LED's and not having the USB charging option? Do they work better on Solar only?

The Everbright lights have always been slightly higher in quality but that gap is now closing with the new Blingstring lights. We would still recommend the Everbright lights for Winter use especially with the back-up USB charging option. The Blingstrings are not guaranteed to work during Winter.
