We cannot promise that these will come on at the same time as they are all individual units and cannot be calibrated together.
Hi, it mentions a 200mm spike in the description is this the case and can it pushed into the ground. Also can you tell me the IP Rating of this light. Thanks

Yes, solid metal 200mm threaded spike is included that is designed to be pushed into the ground. The light is rated IP65.

You have two choices: Fix the post to a hard surface using the fixings provided. Alternatively, screw the solid metal spike into the space and stake it into soft ground.
Is this product on a time switch and is it adjustable and do they work in the winter months?

It comes on automatically when it's dark. It does work during winter using intelligent powersaving to slowly reduce the brightness as the battery depletes in order to maximise runtime.
