Yes, the panel is located on top of the light with no wire or lead.

I would not recommend this in a conservatory as it will not charge behind glass due to UV protection. This will need to be placed outside and used as an outdoor light.
The description and instructions say it has a motion sensor but other answers to previous questions say it doesnt. Which is it?

Hi, Unfortunately not. It is a motion activated light only.
With the motion sensor, does this mean these only stay on with movement? Can you turn this feature off?

Unfortunately, you cannot turn off the PIR in this unit.
