Hi, can this cable be cut to extend 2 of the Chester lights? Or would we need to order 2 extension cables to extend both lights?

You will need two extention cables.
what do I buy if I want to extend the Chester stainless steel light? can I buy the 10m extension cable that you sell? would this be compatible?

I am a little confused. We have the following cable for the chester stainless steel only. It can be found here
Can you extend the distance further than 5m by using a longer cable or using more than one extension cable?

Yes, you can use as many 5m cables as you'd like. Each cable will reduce the performance of the light charging but this can be outweighed by a better panel position. We recommend no more than 2 additional extension cables.
