Asked by Mike Farnell on 26 Oct 2023
Hi Mike, Please swithc the lights off leave them in a sunny position for about 5 days for the light to gather a booster charge and then turn them on. Sometime if there are gloomy days they may need a booster charge
Please can you post an image positioned with something for scale.
Asked by Marg on 11 Oct 2023
Hi Marg, the lights are 137mm tall and 108mm wide
If you buy 6 of them can you switch them on and off when you like simultaneously? What do you use as a switch?
Asked by Pravind Appiah on 10 Oct 2023
Hi, The chiswick light has a switch on the back, so you would not be able to turn them off simultaneously, however they do work off a dusk-til-dawn setting so all 6 would turn on when it is dark enough for them to do so, and switch off when it gets light again.
I've read the installation instructions but it reads as though there is a separate solar panel that has to be located in the correct location. Can you confirm if the panel is on the light as I don't want two separate units so is the light and solar panel together on the light?
Asked by Carly Hookway on 5 Aug 2023
The Solar panel is located on the op of the light. It is part of the light
Do you have a picture of the solar panel please
Asked by Marcus on 30 Jul 2023
Thank you for your message, the solar panel is integrated into the light it is at the top of the light
Is this light weatherproof.
Asked by C. Nuttall on 26 Apr 2023
The light has been waterproofed for year round outdoor use. Hope this helped.
Could you explain how this light works? Does it have a separate solar plate which the light connects to. or does it run on its own. Could you send me the installation instructions
Asked by Jag on 2 Jan 2023
It will come on from dusk till dawn, the panel is located on the top of the light. If you click here you'll be able to see the instructions for installation.
Could you tell me if this light is a motion sensor type, or is it on in the evening and off at dawn. Thanks Rob
Asked by Rob Howard on 2 Jan 2023
