It is not. All of the accessory products available are suitable for the named item- eg: Atlas extension cables will only work properly with the Atlas lights. Hope this helps.

Yes, you can use more than one extension cables. Please note that each extension cable can drop the brightness at a rate of 10%.
is this only for extending the solar panel distance? can you use it to increase the length between two of the decking lights instead?

No this is just for extending the distance between light and solar panel.
By adding this extention does it reduce the power or brightness of the lights?

There can be a drop 10% with each extenstion but this can be counteracted by placing the solar panel in a sunny location.
