Hello, this depends when you purchased them, please can you email info@thesolarcentre.co.uk
Despite connecting up properly and reading instructions. These lights are not coming on it has been charged up for 3 to 4 days they just don't come on. Do you have any suggestions. Please respond as soon as possible okay?
