Hi, these lights have a sperate panel running from the string of lights.
Where is the on switch located and is it possible to detach and reattach them to the solar panel?

Hello, The switch is on the panel. You cannot detach the solar panel.

Hi Katie, Yes! Our lights are designed to work year-round, even in UK winters.
Do these lights have hooks to hang them off a plastic fence? Assuming not and I would have to buy some to hook them over the top of the fence

These do not come with any fixing hooks, they are just on the string.
Can these run off of mains or do they only run off solar? I need them for inside a bar if they are suitable?

Hi Rhys, These lights don't run off of mains. They do come with a rechargable battery pack and will light up for 10 hours from a full charge.
