Hello, The string is hardwired into the panel.
Hi Both sets of my fairy lights hve stopped working. I am assuming this is because the back up batteries have run out?? Can I just change the existing AA battery with a new one to get them working again?

Please replace the batteries with AA rechargeable ones and that should work.

These lights have 20m of string with lights and 2m of string from the first light to panel, 22m in total.
If the solar panel is on the north side of a house will it get enough light to charge?

Are these chargeable by usb. I am concerned the lights won't be very bright if there's not much sunlight in winter.

No these lights work purely on solar power, our lights are designed to be able to work in winter.

Height is 9cm and the Width is 11cm and the depth is 2.5 cm where the battery back and spike attach.
Hi , When the batteries need changing do the new rechargeable batteries come ready charged , need a physical charger or do you simply put them in and out in the sun for that to do the job. ?

We would always recommend charging for 3-5 days inside the panel. You can use a charger before replacing the batteries but please do read the instructions on the charger and that they are compatible with the charger.
Can I string these lights between trees and tall shrubs? Do you have shorter strings?

Our lights are made in China to our specifications, they should last at least two years before needing to only change the battery.
