What type of fixings does the solar panel have.? I want to fix it to the wooden side of a walkway roof, would this be possible, and does the panel have to be facing south?

The solar panel should be facing south to get as much day-light as possible. The unit comes with a spike for ground mounting and multi-mount cap for mounting on a wall or fence.
Hi. How long is the blank lead cable - is it 2m like your 100 LEDs or is it 5m length total with lights all along?

There's 5m with 50 LED lights on and then an extra 2m of cable with no lights back to the solar panel. Total is 7m.

I have just installed these and they are working fine. I would really like more length up to the first light - do you sell an extension lead to plug between the panel unit and the light string - 2 or 3 metres, say, please?

Hi I have some thick sawn off chunks of a tree that I want to drape lights over for my front garden this Xmas. can I just drape the lights over them? thanks

These can be draped over items. So long as the LEDs aren't sitting in a puddle on the items (tree chunks in this case) you're good!
could you please let me know how long the Everbright Solar Fairy Lights - White 50 LEDs . I would like to light up hanging baskets on our garage during christmas .. are these suitable and if not what can you suggest Many thanks

These would be suitable. The total length of cable is 5m. There is 2m without lights on between the solar panel and the first LED and then another 5m with lights on.
What is the total length of the lights please?

We don't sell replacement solar panels for this unit. If you are still within the 12 month warranty period I would recommend contacting the office: Returns@TheSolarCentre.co.uk to complete some troubleshooting or potentially replace your unit.

There's 2m of cable between the panel and the control box, there's then another 1m between the control box and the first LED bulb.
Your video shows the solar panel and control box in white and the installation guide shows the solar panel and control box in green. Can you confirm what colour the solar panel and control box will be in this set?

I can confirm the fairy lights all come with a green control box - the installation photo's are from an older batch of lights.
I am looking for white solar led fairy lights but must have white or clear wire can you help?

The icicles or the curtains both have a white wire in between each LED bulb.
