I bought the twin security light and need to position the solar panel separately. I'm not sure whether there is part of panel missing for mounting the solar panel, or do I need to unscrew the circular mount to attach it to the wall?

The whole unit can be attached to the wall however the panel cannot be detached from the light to be positined elsewhere. You would need a light that comes with a remote panel. It is said that the solar panel can be mounted away from the light, are there additional wall fixings for that?

Asked by Richard James Hodder on 14 Oct 2021

I understand the solar panel can be mounted separately up to two metres away from the lamp. This is ideal as the lamp is to illuminate an alleyway that sees very little sun due to it facing north-south between high walls and I want to mount the panel out of the alleyway, around the corner of the wall, to catch the sun. Are there additional wall fittings supplied to mount the panel in another location?

Asked by Richard James Hodder on 9 Oct 2021

The bracket for the panel would be supplied. The panel should be South facing.

is the solar panel adjustable? Does the light only come on when movement is detected when dark? Thanks

Asked by Kristian Micheals on 21 Sep 2021
