How long does the light stay in for once it comes on? Thinking if hanging it near a front door and don't need it to stay on all night.

Hello. This light is a dusk till dawn light so it will come on automatically at dusk and turn off again at dawn, however it does have an on/off button so you can turn this off if you do not wish to have this switched on all night.
hi would this work in a recessed porch area, its open but would need to site the light quite high in the doorway

Hello Catherine, The Hadleigh light has a solar panel on the very top of the unit, meaning that part would require regular sun exposure for large portions of the day in order to operate properly. If the location has any form of heavy cover or shadow, the light will not be working at its optimal rechargeability and therefore may fail to switch on.
I wish to hang these at my front door however, there is all night street lighting, will the lamps light up?

Hi, There is a possibility that if external, ambient lighting is reaching the panels, the lights may be triggered into staying off due to the photocell detecting light which would happen during daylight hours, and therefore not switch on.

Hi Tamson, To maximise the battery capacity, the lights should be charged in direct sunlight for at least twelve hours, in the off position.

Hi, I have a couple of these lights on back order, and was planning on siting them in my south facing greenhouse. However, having read reviews of other products I note that you do not recommend any of your products be sited under glass. Is this the case with horticultural glass ?

Hi there, We dont advise this as it won't charge efficiently as placing it directly outside in direct sunlight, it would take much longer to charge through a window glass so we advise making the charging process more efficient and quicker to place it directly outside.

The hanging bracket is included, The material it's made from is metal and there's one bulb included in the light. The light is also 60 lumens bright.
