I want to put this product on top of a wall. I see that it has a stake for the ground. Can this be removed and how would one secure it to the top of a wall?

On another light I have bought from you it says "IP65 waterproofing", but I cannot find any specific statement about waterproofing on this light, so can you tell me any WP rating it does have please?

Is it possible to purchase replacement stakes for these post lights and also for the smaller post lights? We seem to have lost all of ours and think they may have been thrown out when clearing out the shed

I see a reference to batteries, are these necessary, what for and how long do they last?

These are AA batteries 1.2v. They will need changing around 2 years.
Looked at the other q&a, but not clear if the solar panel on the top can be reversed, ie, have the pir face onto the drive, but the solar panel 180 degree opposite ?,

Please take a look at this video it shows how the panel works, the PIR would be a the front of the light.
I have a need to illuminate a dark drive in order to be able to reverse out at night. Does "motion sensor" refer to reaction to only body heat or would the light detect a reversing car please? Regards. Andrew Wadsley.

Yes, it should do this job just fine. You'd ideally want the motion of the car to be going across the sensor rather than directly towards it. The exhaust fumes should help to trigger it as well.
Hi, Can the pir be pointed in a different direction relative to the solar panel? I want the panel to point South and the pir to point roughly West

No, the PIR is based on the top of the light, so the panel top part can be rotated but not the PIR.

Carefully remove the black bases from the bottom of each light. Screw these bases into your chosen locations and reattach the light fittings.
Hello When it is on the gentle glow setting how many lumens is emitted. I know it is 50 for 15 seconds on the highest settling. Thanks.

Yes, this is a PIR post light which only activates with movement.

Hi, I need 16 pir solar garden posts. I understand a stake mount is supplied for each, but how can it be mounted to decking or another flat surface? Are there pre-cut holes or otherwise? Thanks

The PIR sensor is right at the top just below the solar panel. You can rotate the top 4 times 90 degrees, and position the post at any angle.

We would recommend attached it to a wall. You can drill holes in the bottom and attach to the floor. I'd recommend you look at our wall lights .
