HI Carri, The charger is a USB C, at the bottom of the light there would be a rubber plug if you take that out the charging point is there
Hello I brought two of the Lancaster lamp can you tell me should there be two batteries in them as one only has one and it's not charging up the other is fine which is at my parents house thank you .

Hello. The Lancaster dimensions are: 22.5CM high The base at the bottom: 9.1cm Top of light: 16.3cm
I cannot charge this outside and was hoping a sunny window would suit but a previous question got the answer "no" so can I fully charge it via USB cable

Hello, Charging behind a window will not allow the light to charge as modern windows block out up to 98% of all UV rays, and UV is what is needed in order to recharge. You can use the USB charging facilities in order to fully recharge the light.
Can it be switched on and off

Hi Silvia, Yes, the lamp can be switched on and off by holding the button down for 3 seconds (for both on/off).
Just recieved my blue lamp instructions say do not charge under glass need to know why as I was i tending to use it as a table lamp in my conservatory

We dont advise this unfortunately as the light won't charge or receive enough sunlight charging through a window.
Can the battery be changed once it starts to degrade over time?

Hi Kirsty, The battey is a 18650 and it can be replaced, If you pop the light upside down and rest it on the pannel you can replace the battery and also double to power as you can insert two batteries
Can these be left out in the garden ?
