I am afraid that two cannot be joined togeher I am afraid, any attempt to do so will invalidate the warranty

The tube would be, but it depends on the size of the tree. I would probably look at our Lumify Multicolour 100's as these would be more suitable. We do have a whole range of fairy lights to explore
Are these controlled by the app or by a switch on the lights themselves?

Hi, The Madison lights work on a dusk-til-dawn setting, and don't require an app to operate.

It is 0.8cm. The panel needs to be exposed in direct daylight. It won't charge sufficiently through a window.

We would not recommend that. It would be difficult to install and keep the tube lights in place at the edge of a lawn. Unless you have a small fence etc that the lights can go on.
