Does powersave mode actually dim the leds, as I can't see any variation in the setting on mine

It will run them at a lower level to run longer. If they are on the right setting then the mode would be activated.

Could these be affixed to a low brick wall? I am looking lights to put on two low walls which border the entrance to my driveway and which I park my car between...hope that makes sense! thanks.

No, as the panel is integrated and on top, I would not recommend this. They will need to have direct access to the sun.

I live in Scotland and have found solar lights work brilliant in the Summer as we get 16 hours of daylight. In the winter we only get 9 hours so they normally don't work for me. Do these charge in low light and how long for a full charge?

Our lights are designed to work all year round in the UK weather conditions, run time/ brightness will be reduced.
