Hi Andrew, They are manufactured in China. They use a Recharable AAA battery, the battery is included but if you should need another they are available on our website.
Do these lights have a motion sensor?

does this light stay on dimley over night. or does it stay off and only come on when movent is detected (when dark)

Hi Parma, The Saturn Solar Mini Wall Light is not a motion detector light, they come on automatically at dusk and turn off automatically at dawn. Hope this clears things up.
