Hi, the light is only on for about an hour each night. Remote is sporadic in operation. I also have other garden lights from you that are also poor with their light strength. The free lights sent work very well!!

During the winter months, the sun is pretty low and we don't get much of it so if the lights are not on a south-facing wall they would take a little longer to charge. Could I ask if you can help with a little troubleshooting please, if you can switch the light off for 3 to 5 days let the panel gather a charge in the sun and they should work when you turn them back on may just need a boost. Please let me know how you get on.
Can the battery be replaced in this?

I was given these as a gift and haven't used them yet. Can they be set to turn off at a given time rather than stay on till dawn? Or easily turned off when I choose via an app? I don't want light in my garden when we are not using it. That is the time for dark skies and wildlife in our garden.

Hello, The shimmer pebbles come with a remote that you can use to switch them on and off at will, however they cannot be set to a certain time or to run for a precise period of time.

It cannot be charged via a USB cable. You can choose a static mode, and you can pick a colour from the remote control.

Hi. This isn't a question but I've noticed a couple of people have asked if the shimmer pebbles can be set to one colour and been told no. This is not correct. I've just bought three of these (March 2021) and have them all set to the same colour which I change every night. So you have complete control over colour settings.

These can be let out all year round, there is no strict formula of when they should be cleaned, but this can just be done with warm soapy water.

The light will be able to withstand the UK british winter so rain will not harm it. The light cannot be used in water as a feature or be submerged.
