says 3 season is that because of waterprrof or not enough light---is for inside conservatory so waterprrof no the issue---want it to stay bright till 11 or so in evening

3 season as it may not run for you as well in winter. It will be happy in a conservatory.

The length of the wire is 13cm and should be perfectly fine to hang in summer house however it would need to be moved outdoors by day for it to charge.
Can this stay out all 12 months of the year? also i this made from glass or plastic?

With all our lights they are much happier outside. There is certain aspects indoors that will stop them from working, such as indoor lights, as any light that gets onto the panel it will assume it is daytime and will not come on. For lights that work indoor and outdoor please see our Shape light range.
