Hi Charlotte, We give our battery 2 to 3 years but on the bright side the battery can be replaced. They are the 18650 a little tricky to get to

What is colour of flame ?? And is it a single colour ? On the picture it seems to be mixed colours ?? I only want one definite colour on outside and one definite colour on the actual flame !!

If the light is fully charged by USB it will run from dusk until dawn for the first night, after that night it should run again as it will have a full battery but after that the run time will decrease. I would not recommend these for a space that has very little light.

No, the batteries are lithium ion. They cannot be replaced.
Hi are the bulbs replaceable? I have a few E27 LED Flame Bulb and was wondering if they would fit the lights. thxs Charaine Clark

The bulbs can not be changed. Any attempt to do so will affect the warranty.
Can these be manually turned off? I want them for entertaining in the evenings but want to be able to switch them off when we go inside as I am concerned about light pollution on nocturnal wildlife. Thanks

Yes, all our lights come with an on and off switch.
My out side space is a court yard so dosnt get much sun in winter, the advert says USB charge. Does this mean I can take them inside to charge in winter.

Ther eis an on/off button on the front of the light. These do not need to be stored and would be better just switched off but outside and charging wit hthe light so the batteries did not go flat in the unit.

No sorry, the battery cannot be replaced as it is wired in. It is a long lasting lithium Ion battery.

All our lights are designed in the UK and made in China.
The item description refers to It also being used with.a separate solar panel. I note this does not come with a separate solar panel so what does that mean? Do you sell a solar panel that this can be connected to?

Hi Stewart, I can't see the reference to the separate panel? The panel is fully integrated into the top of the light head.
