They are designed to work in UK weather conditions. The dimensions are Length: 20cm Width: 27cm Height: 13cm

No sorry, this will only activate with motion.
Is there a setting on this unit so the light only comes on when the motion sensor is triggered? I'm wanting it outside an outbuilding but don't want it lit all night, just if/when I go to that building.

This is a security light so will flash on/off with movement.

As the panel is based on top of the light we would not recommend it. We only recommend it to be installed as per the instructions
