How much cable length is there from light to panel and how much cable between each light?

Hello. From the panel to the first light is 2.2m Between each set of x3 is 30cm
Can you leave the lights out all year round? I usually bring in my lights for the winter but have had trouble getting them restarted the following year so I would like to renew my lights and leave them all year round to avoid this problem
