The Solar Centre are happy to send out free parts if a product suffers accidental damage or an issue arises outside of warranty. For many years we did that entirely at our expense, but owing to a succession of increases in delivery costs, we are no longer able to cover the postage on these occasions. If an advisor has asked you to pay for delivery simply add this to basket and check out as if it was a normal product and then email or call your advisor with your order ID. They will then send out the spare part. Please note that goodwill replacements are sent subject to availability and entirely at our discretion.
