My base of my shape l8ght stopped working. Contacted Solar Centre and a replacement ase was immediately sent with no fuss or quibble. I've bought numerous solar lights from this company now and they are just brilliant. Their after care is excellent. Will continue to go back for more. Thank you

Bases wouldn't charge ,replacements sent promptly lights are stunning in effect

One of our bases didn't work, however the Solar Centre very quickly dispatched a replacement so all perfect now. We have 2 beautiful large sphere lights and 2 strings from Solar Centre and they are all superb

I recently bought 4 large Spherical Solar Garden lights from SOLAR CENTRE. After charging them fully, one failed to turn on at night. I was very disappointed but contacted Solar Centre customer service via email. Quick response within 48 hrs. They asked for invoice number and promptly sent me a replacement base unit with accompanying video demonstration on how to fix it. It was straight forward; charged it fully around 8pm. Immediately darkness arrived, it glowed together with its 3 other mates. My Garden looks like HEAVEN. That size shapelight is expensive but worth it.

When setting up the garden for other Christmas lights we decided to charge our solar spheres which hadn't been used since summer. One of them had leaked water so didn't work.... I contacted the solar centre who organised a replacement very quickly......given that it was the Christmas period......i wasnt expecting this... Thanks.
