I recently bought 4 large Spherical Solar Garden lights from SOLAR CENTRE. After charging them fully, one failed to turn on at night. I was very disappointed but contacted Solar Centre customer service via email. Quick response within 48 hrs. They asked for invoice number and promptly sent me a replacement base unit with accompanying video demonstration on how to fix it. It was straight forward; charged it fully around 8pm. Immediately darkness arrived, it glowed together with its 3 other mates. My Garden looks like HEAVEN. That size shapelight is expensive but worth it.

When setting up the garden for other Christmas lights we decided to charge our solar spheres which hadn't been used since summer. One of them had leaked water so didn't work.... I contacted the solar centre who organised a replacement very quickly......given that it was the Christmas period......i wasnt expecting this... Thanks.

I bout a few shape lights in various sizes & shapes to add some vibe to my garden now that the nights are drawing in. Unfortunately one of the bases was faulty so I contacted the solar centre to query the problem. Nicole was really helpful and organised a replacement. Now all are working and I love them.
