5w-43w solar panel wall/ post bracket

I bought this bracket to mount the solar panel that goes with the geo 2 lighting kit the pole I was using was a television aerial pole and found the pole fixings supplied were far to big I was able to source clamps from a TV shop. I presume these brackets are for use on street type poles which are larger. Also a drill is required to mount the panel on to the bracket .
