Feels robust, looks good when lit, looks good when not. Better than cheap units in terms of charging up but struggles in winter sun as they are only in the sun in the morning. Would be helpful to have setting to allow lower light level, as I have with some string lights, as that could help them stay on longer. That said I don't at all regret purchase and actually brought a second one.
