Bought two sets of these for our new deck, there was one faulty led light unit, Solarcentre sent a new set of lights straight away so very pleased with the end result. I found I had to remove the rubber cover for the on/off switch as this wasn't getting triggered with it on.

I have these lights set into a sleeper wall on the drive and they look fabulous against the black stained wood. On the lowest setting we get a good 6-8 hours of illumination, obviously better after a sunny day. After around 8 months the solar panel began to play up, but customer service sent me a replacement straight away. Beautiful lights and great customer service.....what more could you want?

Lights very good in the end - warning that it is very easy to put the connectors in the wrong way between each light - there is a grove/lip that needs lining up - could confuse a stupid person - it did me for a few months...

Customer service Excellent Although I've had a couple of hiccups with the lights the Customer Service Team have been brilliant All of the staff from day 1 have been very helpful but a word of praise for Sara who today got everything sorted for me Can't thank you enough

I had an initial fault with the solar panel as the unit would not charge. Kayleigh from customer services sent out a new panel and all working now. Good service and pleased with the lights.

I am so please with the lights they look brilliant, so easy to assemble and set up. The solar centre were so good as we had to contact them as 2 of the lights didn't work. They sent us a replacement straight away with no hassle. Fantastic experience all round.

Lights look good bought as a present, package arrived damaged due to couriers mishandling which damaged the s panel cosmetically. Rang customer service and a replacement set sent with no hassle and received within 48hrs. Very good customer service and attitude towards my concerns. Might buy more of these for myself. Thank you Elizabeth for your help
