I am really impressed by these solar lamps. They look very good & operate well on the low setting. I needed solar as there is no electricity at the gate. Visitors have commented on how bright they are. I love them they look really good on my gate pillars. Just what I was looking for.

0 | 0 I have a few of these, I use them on the power saving setting year round which provides plenty of light to see what you are doing but doesn't dazzle. We had a storm / Gales last week and the top blew off one of them, the next morning I found the light part full of water - I emptied the water out , let it dry and it still works fine! Not the cheapest but worth the money.

1 | 0 I bought this lamp in March 2021 and was thrilled with it. Our garden looked enchanting and the lamp shone well into the night. Sadly about 4 weeks ago it was switching off early, then it started flashing, non stop. I was advised to switch it off for 5 days then try again. Initially it lite well, then the flashing started again. On reporting this I was immediately sent a replacement. So far so good, still love it and do hope this replacement one lasts longer. Excellent service, thank you.

0 | 0 This is the third item I have purchased from the company, ordered thursday late evening arrived Saturday afternoon, in perfect condition, and well packed, they illuminate my front steps with plenty of light and I have all of my lights running on the lower setting, my neighbours have commented on how good they look, they definitely look more expensive than they are, I have the spot lights on my plants in the back garden Iv had them 2 winters now, still going strong, I'm going to purchase the string lights for my tree next, Great service great product!!! 1 | 1 Wanted something to sit out on the decking in summer when it is still warm but dropping dark, Nice big lantern with a moderate light enough to see by but not too bright as to annoy the neighbors, Was a bit fiddly mounting these on to the existing 4" decking posts but managed it by cutting top of post off at first notch( could also be fixed to floor with quick release plastic mounting ring) Would recommend at least 5 on a average sized deck.

0 | 0 I bought these on the strength of the reviews of others. Did not expect them to light up on the first night but they shone brightly and have done ever since I got them a week ago. Very easy to install on 2 south facing stone pillars at the entrance to my patio but needed a drill to do it. Was so pleased ordered more. They are as bright as mains powered lights. Highly recommend.

5 | 0 I ordered two of these lights last year and so very pleased with the style and quality of these lights, I decided to order a further 2. My husband fitted them earlier in the week. Too impatient to wait 3 days before turning them on so only waited one day. Working perfectly and look wonderful. Still working at 5am this morning. I just love these lights. Gets very wet and windy down here so did bring in for the winter but I'm sure they would have worked just as well, like my other lights from the solarcentre.

0 | 0 It`s hard to believe that living in Spain, it is very difficult to find solar lights of a good quality and also a nice design. Have had solar security lights from the solar centre before, which proved to be very good and long lasting. After a lot of searching in locally, unable to find what we needed, the only option was to buy from the internet and have them shipped. We bought 3 of these lights to put up on pillars surrounding our swimming pool. They were easy to mount, and they were put up at 3pm out of the box, at roughly 7.30pm they came on and were still on at daybreak the following morning Have been so happy with them, that we have ordered another 5.

1 | 0 Some time ago we bought 10 cheap (�5) solar post lights to go around our patio. They all failed within a few months. Attempted return and refund but told no deal as over 30 days had elapsed. Whatever happened to the sale of goods act and merchantable quality. Gutted! Not wanting to make the same mistake again, some months ago bought 4 Henley Solar Pillar Lanterns. Obviously more expensive but are working so well we have now bought 6 more. Only reason for half-point deduction is that the newer ones give a slightly different light, probably due to a different batch of LEDs.

0 | 0 Firstly, only gave 4 stars as we've only had them installed for 2 weeks and can't vouch yet for how long they'll last. But apart from that, we're really pleased with these Solar lights. We bought 10 of them for a pathway that snakes through our garden in Greece. Obviously living there we get plenty of sun, so Solar lighting for outside is always our first choice. We were worried that they wouldn't be bright enough to illuminate the path, as we had them on every other handrail post. But we needn't have worried, they do the job perfectly. They also make the garden look very pretty with the lights winding down through the trees. We were 1 short so we re ordered another 3 as we were so pleased we're putting a couple either side of our main gate. (They don't deliver to Greece! That was arranged by us).

I installed them early January 2018 so the experience so far has been with very short days: Pros: They were easy to fit They do come on when it is dusk They do light up Cons: they are not very bright - we have two street lamps near us and our lights struggle to compete with them They don't last long in winter - they stay bright for a couple of hours. There is a setting that will make them stay on for longer but it means the light is dimmer i suspect they will be better spring, summer and autumn but for solar I am quite happy.

1 | 0 I purchased two of these lamps to fit on brick pillars by the steps to our raised patio. They have been in situ now for about 3 months and have proven to be absolutely excellent, giving off a very bright diffused cool white and lighting the steps to the patio perfectly. I am currently looking outside to them as I type and they look great. My neighbours are also very impressed with them and have enquired about them, presumably to order. Our back garden, backs on to open fields and we had only the light of the moon and a bulkhead hard wired light on the back of the house to light the garden, it is very surprising how the two Henleys make so much difference, A very impressive lamp indeed and so easy to fit and keep clean.

It supplies a Very good level of brightness with a white light. It is not a warm white light. It is lightweight and plastic but is sturdy and looks very good. I love it.

Would be nice to have discount if ordering more than one as quite pricey. We did originally order for the table but having a garden redesign we have lots of steps and used them the highlight. 0 | 0 We've not had these long so time and weather will tell if they will survive outdoors. However the lights look the business and look more expensive than they actually were. Very pleased with them and they look really good on our brick pillars going down to the lower patio. The four stars reflect the fact we didn't receive a confirmation email and I had to phone up to see if the order was being processed. Delivery was on the day promised.

We have now fitted them which was very easy and we are so pleased with them , they look good in the day but at night they come into their own , we only have it on the power saving mode at the moment and this gives out great light so if they was on full the brightness would be as good as lights powered by the mains . 1 | 0 Excellent lamp, puts the finishing touch to our decking. I would have reviewed higher for the lamp but the delivery company was a disaster. They don't deserve any stars. Just beware of DPD! I had to change the delivery date because of the time slot they gave and then the lamp kept being returned to the depot. Should have been delivered Thursday, eventually received the following Tuesday. Perhaps a change of delivery company would be a good idea.

We'll pass the feedback onto DPD, we've tried all the UK couriers and have to say DPD are the best by some margin. That's not to say they're perfect, as you sadly found out, sometimes a poor delivery driver is all it takes.

0 | 0 Once I put on my glasses and found the on-off switch in an easy access position contrary to the sheet which got me trying to , it was plain sailing. The unit is attractive and throws a light not far,but as we wanted it for just seeing the footpath and plants this was fine. The delivery service from solar centre was excellent. I now await four more units and a wall lantern to help find the front door lock in the dark.

0 | 0 The lantern looks lovely and is exactly what was required especially as you can screw the base to a brick pillar beside the gate. However it is very dim and doesn't charge up to give a bright light despite being placed away from any shading. I am therefore rather disappointed.
