Absolutely brilliant lights especially having the 2 settings to conserve power especially with our inclement weather at present.Bought these 3 weeks ago and were good value for money especially as they were reduced in price.Like the fact that they can be charged up in winter keeping the outside of the garage lit all year round.l would definitely recommend these as I had already purchased 2 Canterbury lights over 2 months ago

I have used two of the Kodiak lights for the last year and I have been amazed at the number of hours light you get, even on the north side of the house. However, the stainless surface has started to go rusty even though I am over a mile from the sea. I have now been recommended to regularly coat them in WD40 to help prevent this happening so I am replacing the original two with new ones as they are on the front of the house and will restore the original ones to use round the back. The flip-top solar panels are a very very feature.

These light are of excellent Quality and design but one thing that lets it down is run time in standard mode (full brightness) it only lasts 5 hours, I keep mine in Energy saving mode (Half brightness) it lasts 10hours.

Yes, I did look at others and did read the reviews. I bought 2 of these lights last week which arrived the next day. I charged them for 24 hours before fixing them to the fence, very easy. Very impressed. They fill me small garden of 40 by 40 feet with good ambient light all night. Although never as bright as mains lights, I would recommend them.

Bought the wall light to start with to see how well it performed. Was amazed that even in February it charged sufficiently to run all night on the bright setting. Have ordered four more free standing lights for the garden. Only comment is that the fixing to the wall is a little flimsy.

The pluses are: easy to install and look good. However based on first night's use, light is not as bright as I'd expected based on reviews. Barely covers 2 square yards from where it's installed. Had bought 2 just in case and will definitely have to use both. Disappointing .
