Bought 3x2 sets of London Post lights. After initial charging had expired one did not work, received replacement within days of contacting customer services. What more can you ask for.

0 | 0 I brought a set of London usb Solar Post Lights, unfortunately one of the tops failed to work after a couple of days. I phoned them and they sent me a replacement top. Again this new top failed again. On contacting them again they offered to send out another top or to refund me for the set. After they explained to me that it was found to be a faulty batch of tops I agreed to accept another one, so far all is OK. This is a very good service from Solar Centre.

0 | 0 I have had the London Post lights along my path for some years now and after all year round use for some years a few had stopped working. I was very pleased to find I could order replacement tops without the need to buy the whole thing again. I ordered tops but unfortunately one of these was faulty and I contacted The Solar Centre who immediately sent out a replacement. I am very impressed with these lights and the service I have received, and would highly recommend The Solar Centre products.

0 | 0 I recently purchased some replacement tops for my mini solar post lights and 2 new London Post Lights. One new light worked fine but one cut out after a couple of months. Tried charging with USB for 3 days but still would not come on. Rang up and a replacement top was sent with no quibble which I received the next day.. I have dealt with this company for a number of years and they are superb especially if you have a problem and I love the lights, they work very well and are far superior to anything you buy from a garden centre.

0 | 0 I have had their products for 4 years now. I recently upgraded to their newer bigger solar lights. They are much brighter. Howere one stopped working after 2 days. I emailed them about it and they replaced it without any hassle. Will definately use them again

0 | 0 Purchased 8 London Light Solar Posts for our garden 3 years ago. They have been excellent throughout both winter & summer but recently one of the lights stopped working. We ordered 2 replacement tops - 1 held as a spare. They are perfect & have thankfully prolonged the life of the light avoiding the need to completely replace. Excellent service from the Solar Centre as always.

0 | 0 Fantastic product , I was apprehensive about solar lights but these are really good., I like That you can choose between warm and white light . The usb charging is a good feature especially in the winter .
