These lights are beautiful and last for months without having to recharge. However, with the last set I bought, after two months, I noticed the plastic insulator around the first five lights on the string was missing for some reason. Although they are still working , they probably won't last the winter. I contacted the solar centre and they sent a replacement without quibble. Great service and would definitely recommend

This is our second set of USB lights and they are our all year round . Absolutly brilliant lights and wonderful that you can buy spares instead of the whole set. Would recommend every time.

Thanks for the excellent products and service. It's great to be able to get replacement lights and other items in oder to 'mix and match'. I had a perfectly functioning solar panel from an old set of lights. Together with a new 'lumifier'' as well I'm up & running with an additional set of fairy lights.

I have no idea why my lights stopped working (it looks as though the string has been damaged, but they have been on the same plant since I bought them four months ago!) but it's great that it's possible to get spare parts. Excellent service, great to get the lights on their own without having to replace the whole solar charger and battery pack. I made the same mistake as others by putting them in a tree that moves too much when it blows up and the wires break.
