Overall, excellent solar lights. Quality is particularly good and performance is so far, above average. One of our lights had a loose attachment for the metal stake but managed to re-attach and tighten. Crucially, how the lights perform over time is important, so many fail after one season. Four stars now, if they continue to perform well then five stars in next year's update. Rob T

Having had cheaper solar lights for several years, I tried these more expensive ones. They are certainly worth the extra cost, the light output is good too. They seem very well made and unlike many cheaper ones I do not think the rain will ruin the electronics quickly.

Wanted warm white light so restricted in choice but these are a good sturdy buy. Might be of use for others to know; At ground level light is not strong, more a low glow. Because the bulbs are recessed in the top the light is more cast downwards than outwards so if you're hoping to shed light onto something in particular they need to be more above it than to the side. Has taken 6 in total to put a reasonable light onto a 'feature' area approx. 4 metres square, three of them being placed higher up in tall planters due to reason described. Once good position found, very pleasing result though!
