Can use double sided mounting tape instead of screws
Asked by Eddie on 18 Aug 2024
I would not recommend this, incase in time with the elements it then becomes less adhesive and then fall off and then the light will get damaged, sadly this will not be covered by the warranty.

Do these have to be put on a fence or would they be okay on a brick wall?

These will be fine on brick too, you will need to still screw them in, so please do make sure you choose the ideal spot!

What is the IP rating on these lights please?
Asked by Andy on 8 Oct 2023
Hi, The Gemini lights are IP44
Watched the video but not sure what the on and on 2 control does. You also refer to on off switch at bottom. Back switch is not accessible without removing light. Can you explain the controls some more please
Asked by Andrew on 5 Oct 2023
The ON and ON2 controls allow you to pick the colour of your light- cool or warm white. The off position allows the lights to be switched off completely (they will not turn on at dusk). Once you've set your lights to your desired colour, you can install them on the wall and not have to worry about taking them off and putting them back on.
Hi just wondering what the on and on2 is for? It didn't explain it in the video. Thanks
Asked by Jill Eccles on 25 Sep 2023
ON1 and ON2 indicate light colours- warm and cool white. You can switch between the two for the desired look.
I've noticed my lights aren't staying on very long now the dark nights are coming. Should I turn lights off until spring to avoid batteries draining?
Asked by Lesley on 24 Sep 2023
Hi, Please can I ask whether you can leave your lights turned off for 3-5 days to allow them to gain a really good boost. You can still continue to use them, but as you have mentioned yourself, the nights are drawing in, so they may not run for as long during this period.
Assuming the lights are running solely on rechargeable batteries how long do the batteries last until they need recharging.
Asked by Jonathan Towle on 6 Sep 2023
The Gemini lights have the runtime of 6 hours. The batteries are recharged by exposure to UV light, which means they power back up during daylight hours.
How do these lights attach to a fence or wall? Do they need to be screwed into anything or do they clip on?
Asked by Jennifer Lapish on 29 Aug 2023
They slide onto screws. The screws and rawl plugs are provided in the box.
Can you replace the battery in these lights?

Will they light up in an area that gets no sun and what colour do they light up please is it warm white or bright white? Thank you
Asked by Justina on 6 May 2023
Hi Justina, They won't charge in an area that gets no sun. However, this product does come with a rechargeable battery. The light has dual colour technology, so you have the choice between warm white and white lighting. Hope this helped.
