Are these batteries re charged by the sun ?

The batteries whilst in the panel will recharge by the sun, however if you have appropriate battery charger, then you can charge these, however we do recommend that you check all chargers before using.
Hi. Can you tell me if these batteries come fully charged, and if it's possible to charge them in a regulator battery charger if they become fully discharged at any point while in use? Thanks.

We cannot guarentee that these will come fully charged, if you are going to be using a battery charger, please always check the instructions that they are safe for the batteries you are going to be using.
What does the 1000mAh mean, is this important?
