I ordered two windsor lights but one of them wasn't working properly. So I got in touch with customer service. And a lovely lady called Ellie. Sent batteries out to try because the batteries in the light wasn't holding any charge. It works perfectly now . Thanks so much 🙏

I purchased four Solar lanterns two years ago and they are still working brilliantly, so much so that I ordered two more this year for another area. Unfortunately, the lights didn't work but when I called they said they did have an issue with a batch and would send new batteries. These came very quickly and are working. Very pleased with quick delivery and very helpful customer services.

The replacement batteries were fine and worked on three lights but the fourth must have a different fault. However, I reported this and the company agreed to replace two lights (although out of guarantee), so once again fantastic service . Fully recommend the Solar Centre

My outside fairy lights had stopped working. We thought we needed to replace the battery so got these, charged them up but the lights still dont work. Just the odd one is lighting up so looks like theres a fault somewhere in the lights
