The lantern will automatically turn on at dusk

It is the equivalent of a 3w bulb that has been diffused. It is not strong and will look like a flickering candle at night.

Up to six hours. The amount of time the light will stay on for depends on time of year and how much direct sunlight it will be getting on the solar panel per day.

Really like the solar lantern and looks lovely in the evenings, my only issue is it could do with being on a stronger, thicker spike for better support.
