Fantastic light. We needed something to light the steps at the bottom of the garden. This light does it perfectly. Motion activated so not intrusive at all but lovely and bright.

These Solar Elite lights are superb. We have several of them around the house now. They work all year round with no problem at all. The light on full is very bright and illuminates very well. They have many functions available via the easy to use remote control. Highly recommended.

These lights are very bright and illuminate my patio well. I particularly like the remote control which enables me to manually control the light when required. I have bought several of these for both my house and my mother in law's but this one was bought to replace an existing one that had stopped working properly.but from experience the charge lasts well and continues to work through the winter when using the motion sensor.

Ordered one about 2 weeks ago for back of house and working well tbh. Left for 3 to 4 days to soak up the clouds... i like the flashing amber light telling you it's charging, it did this the minute I took from box and took outside. Set to prog 2 with remote ( you need to push button on light front first to use remote) and blue light on as it says. Works great and nice and bright, so ordered another and fitted 3 days ago, all perfect. Moved my less powerful 500 lumen 5 year old eco pro and mounted on top of shed... sorted. Yes I'd recommend and in sale at £35.00 great value. May as well go for the elite and get the extra brightness and remote for a few extra quid in my opinion. Remote well handy if light out of reach and saves getting ladder out if you need to adjust anything! Simon.

Set-up instructions confusing/incomplete. I echo the comments made by James Hewson on November 17, 2024 that "The only slightly negative comment is that there's no mention of having to switch on the unit before being able to use the handset - it had me scratching my head to begin with." I had exactly the same issue.

Can't rate this new elite version as 5 star as only just attached to wall this morning and charging for a few days. Ordered this as I have an eco wedge pro 500 lumens that I purchased sept 2019 !! for back of garage and it goes off and on as it should regularly. Never any issues in 5 years and best light I've had from solar. Personal advice... the bigger the solar panel the better 100% in terms of long life and reliability. Simon.

Having previously purchased some much cheaper solar lights which only lasted a few weeks, I then bought 1 of these having read so many positive reviews, and it is certainly much more robustly made, so looks like it should last well. It was also easy to install, with just 2 screws involved, and having followed the instruction to leave it to charge for a few days, it is working well, and casts a very good light. The only slightly negative comment is that there's no mention of having to switch on the unit before being able to use the handset - it had me scratching my head to begin with.
