13 | 5 I have been buying these lights since covid. And the first thing is these have never let me down and have alway lite up without fail even on the darkest winter days. I have another batch fitted to my front of house x3 and to the rear x2. They give the right amount of light where I want it. These come grey in colour, I have painted mine all black just so it run with the decor. I only have to give them a clean just so that solar top is picking up the sun. But other than that I don't have nothing to do. Screw them upto the wall switch on and done. Light every evening. Fantastic little lights.

11 | 2 We bought these Grantham lights two years ago in May 2022, and are delighted with them. They look great in the day, and at night they light up our garden plants very effectively, creating a very atmospheric and subtle outlook from our living room. We have left them out all year round in all weathers for two years and they still look good and perform well. And they light up in the winter too. A very capable, reliable and well designed light from our experience.

12 | 2 The Grantham lights are a great solar light, which pride effective lighting for any garden. We originally ordered 4. I was extremely pleased with them. One light stopped working. I emailed solar lights and confirmed that it was due to water infiltration. Not too surprised after some of the extreme down pours, in past months. Solar light excellent customer service. I followed their request to send photos. The light was sent out immediately and received within 2 days. The light was still under guarantee, so an excellent response to emails and follow up giving great confidence of buying into Solar Light brand.

Easy to install and set up. Great from ordering to delivery. The Solar Centre responded very quickly, when I asked if they could suggest some solar lights based upon my given criteria. 6 | 3 I can't recommend this light highly enough. It is well made, mega easy to install and kicks out a decent amount of light. Best of all though, it has zero running costs! I just wish I had the space for some more! The pic isn't the greatest illustration but you can see the light on the fence behind the sofa. Worth noting that it comes on and gives off a decent amount of light even with a floodlight nearby!

They were bigger than I thought they'd be (that'll teach me for not looking at the sizes!) but wow, the effect they give at night is fantastic. They are still new so don't know how they'll hold up over time, but for now I'm over the moon!

5 | 3 We have a very dark driveway so I wanted something that would light the door, allowing me to see the lock, but at the same time, I didn't want something so bright that it would disturb our (or our neighbours'!) sleep. This light works perfectly, giving a warm, soft glow that lasts all night through the Summer months and until late at night during the Winter. Easy to install, over a year of use and still working perfectly. Great company, I have purchased several other products from Solar Centre based on the quality of this product.

Unfortunately one the lights became water damaged and stopped working. we contacted "the solar centre" this morning and have had two very quick responses and they're also sending out a replacement. I will definitely be recommending this company not only for their products but amazing prompt customer service! 10/10 from us.

2 | 0 I purchased them in October. Expected poor performance as the days are short and hardly sunny. I set them to half power (low brightness mode). It's still pretty bright. Looks really nice and stylish. When I am getting out for work around 5 am they still lit. So even with the short exposure to the day light and rarely to the proper sunshine, lights perform exceptionally well.

They look and feel good and, although it's early days, seem to work well, casting a soft light up & down the wall. We cannot say how long they stay alight, as we haven't been outside when they've "turned off"; but they're still alight when we go to bed around midnight, even after an overcast day.

I know some folks mentioned that these are only held on wall with two screws so they are easy to remove - not an issue for me as property is away from public pathways. I like the glow that come from these lights, it's a nice subtle warm glow projecting upward and downward.

2 | 0 Excellent solar lights that we found very easy to install. The lights also look good and look more expensive than they were. I would have given them 5 stars but think that the fact that the lights are not physically screwed to the wall also means that they are easier to steal as they can just be lifted off the screws. Ours are fitted to 2 pillars at the end of a driveway. Maybe include an additional back panel that can be secured to the wall that the fitting can be screwed into for extra security?

2 | 0 I let these lights charge for 3 days in the (spasmodic) December sun then fitted them to my side wall on the low setting, So pleased with them, They have so far been on dusk till dawn, They look classy and the lovely light they emit lends a warm ambience to the side of my house.. Fitting was a doddle, I stuck some masking tape to the back of the lights covering the screw holes, punched a hole through the tape into the screw holes then transferred the tape into position on my wall and just drilled through the holes in the tape, spot on !

23 | 2 Fantastic product and was worth the extra wait for it being released. During the summer the lights stayed on until dawn and even now I would get 5-6 hours and haven't switched to the winter setting yet. I have 5 on our back wall and they create a great backdrop to the flower bed. They are bright but obviously not close to mains powered but that suits us for this area as we only wanted it to compliment the area. I would note that they are larger than I expected - think 1L paint tin rather than coke can size. Was grand but just worth noting. The only thing that prevented me giving it 5 stars was that it is a very precise measurement (36mm from memory) for the two drilled holes. They could improve this by having a removable back plate which would allow you to mark exactly or a template (similar to Hozelock) on the packaging to use as a guide. I was grand installing but if you got it wrong would have ended up with a wonky light! But all in all, brilliant product that has enhanced our garden.

2 | 0 iv had two up now for a week and love them. Dont really notice much difference in brightness between winter mode and summer so iv just left them in winter mode to save power. My only criticism would be that they are easy for someone to steal if they are on the outside of your property like mine are as they just slide down over the screws. Having said that though it hasn't stopped me from just ordering two more.

Easy to fit, well made and stylish. They provide a really nice ambient light, not too bright, not too dull - just perfect for outdoor ambient lighting. Really pleased with the purchase and the service from The Solar Centre. I will be adding a couple more in the near future. If you're in any doubt, don't be. We've had lots of admiring comments about them and I'm very pleased with the purchase.
