Please make sure that there is no heavy shading or anything covering the solar panel which could be making it believe it is dusk. If you are still having issues with this please contact [email protected]
They are approx 4 lumens per bulb
these are both counted as decorative lights, so the output difference would be minimal, they both look stunning.
Hi Moira, It sounds like you would need a battery as we give our battery life 2 to 3 years
Hi Michael, this is very normal it will clear. The bulbs also have a whole at the bottom for any wtaer that gets in to come out as well as they can be twsited off and cleaned if you wish
Hi Ruben,
Each bulb has a max diameter of 5.9cm and a height of 10.5cm
All you would need to do is disconnect the string of lights and panel from the tube and take the tube inside to charge, you won't need to remove your lights.
The 'p' setting is the winter mode and the 's' setting is the summer mode.
We recommend charging the lights on the off position until the led on the tube glows green.
I am afraid that we do not sell hooks. But these lights can go around the pergola or you can find hooks online.
I am afraid that the string cannot be repaired.
The lights will only work when is dark. The solar panel is sensitive to daylight and any other source of lighting.
I am sorry to hear that. Please click on the link below:

It has to be wall-mounted or be installed using the spike provided.
The solar panel would be different compared to the set of 10. The dimensions of the panel are 9.5cm x 16.5cm.
You can either turn them on/off manually via the control tube or if you leave the lights switched on they will come on automatically when is dark.
It should be okay, The length of the cable is 14.4m.
We also have the same unit in a set of 10. Which is approximately 9m long. It might be more suitable.
They come with a 12-months warranty.
Yes, it might create a break if constantly folded.
They do not have a rating, they're designed to work in UK weather conditions and are decorative lights
They do obviously produce a good ammount of light but arent the brightest of our lights, they're decorative and look great in the garden and will provide you with a good ammount of light however it depends the area of where you're lighting up and the ammout of light you would like.
There are weather resistant and can be used outdoors during winter.
The bulbs are made from plastic, they're not replaceable and they are designed to withstand UK weather conditions.
yes.
The bulbs are spaced 80cm apart along a 14.4m string.
Putting too much stress on your LED light string or solar panel cable can significantly reduce Lumify’s life expectancy. Always ensure that there is some slack on the solar panel cable and LED light string. It will be best to have somehting in between the wall and the tree to support the string of bulbs.
yes.
The lighst are weather resistant.
I am afraid not.
It's plastic.
The bulbs are plastic and designed to be used outdoors. There are weather resistance.
I am afraid that we do not have spare bulbs available. The unit should still work.
There are weather resistant and can be used outdoors.
Correct, they are the same. They cannot be put together in anyway.
These can just be run on USB alone, no panel and no battery, just plug them into a wall socket.
The lights are designed to run for the same amount of time despite the length and number of bulbs, different output etc. So they will still run for the 8 hours.
I am a little confused by your question, will try to help, we do not recommend cutting or modifying the cable to get the length that you would like, as that would invalidate the warranty.
The bulbs are spaced 80cm apart along a 14.4m string with an additional 1.9m between the control tube and the first bulb.
The bulbs are made from toughened plastic. They look like glass from a distance.
Each bulb has a max diameter of 59mm and a height of 105mm
I am afraid this is not possible.
You can't adjust the sensor but you can change the angle of the panel. If the panel faces east it will charge more in the morning and the lights would come on earlier vs a west-facing panel.
It all depends on how you hang the string. If in between each light you had a hock then the distance could be halved and even shorter depending on the drop.
2m of cable between solar panel and first LED bulb
Warm white.
Each bulb has a max diameter of 59mm and a height of 105mm
It's very unlikely these will smash as the outer bulb shape is made of plastic. We advise slack due to customers hanging them in trees and the branches moving. If you are fixing to a solid structure like rafters then you can reduce the amount of slack.
Yes, the control unit has both the panel input and the string output which both can be removed so you can bring the battery pack indoors to charge.
Yes, you can leave this outside permanently. The bulbs are LEDs so will not need replacing. We'd expect you would need to replace the batteries every 3-5 years but many batteries last longer.
