The bases can be screwed into brick, however, we do not provide masonry screws with the lights.

Hi Sarah, Thank you for your message, the reason we offer replacement tops would be due to the fact that natural weathering can affect the longevity and functionality of panel and electrical components, which cant always necessarily be addressed by replacing a battery.
