I have 3 of these and they have been fine for a couple of years until 2 stopped charging. Tried to fine out how to replace the base without success, so emailed the solar centre who replied quickly with a link and a discount code. Replacements arrived 2 days later. Extremely pleased.

Sphere light only worked inside on mains. Would not charge the base for outside solar use. Telephoned the Solarcentre, new base unit delivered the following day and all works perfectly fine. Love the light (purchased 4 different shapes/sizes) and very pleased with the service and prompt solving of the issue. Thank you.

I bought a shapelight globe and after charging, it worked indoors but not outside. I contacted the Solar Centre who asked us to try a couple of things but when it still wouldn t work they sent a replacement base within a couple of days which works perfectly. Very happy with their customer service. I ve bought quite a few items over the years and this is the first issue I ve had so I am also very happy with the quality of their lights.
