Had an issue where what looked like the usb insides were missing so the panel wouldn't charge up. Quick email to customer services and received a reply very quickly. Replacement panel sent out and received with thanks. Lights look really good when lit up at night. The cabling and sealing around the bulbs appears top notch with a real quality feel. Got two sets of these festoon lights now, very pleased with them.

0 | 0 Bought a replacement solar panel as my old one stopped working. Couple of weeks later I tried to charge it by usb but wouldn't change. Emailed customer services and a replacement was sent out the same day . Shining bright again ! Excellent customer service from Lina . Recommended to friends and they have purchased from Solar centre. Top company!

0 | 0 I have purchased these lights twice because I was so happy with the first set I wanted some more. They are the best solar lights I have ever had, they are so bright you would think they are mains connected and they work throughout the year even in winter. The product description ordering, website details and videos are very informative and helpful to make your purchase and the customer service and delivery is excellent. I am impressed with Solar Centre wish more companies had the same service levels.
