Lovely lights Verified Purchase
Bought a couple of these last year and added two more this year. Lovely lights! Only problem: there is no way of telling whether the lights are on or off when the battery is not charged so it took me two or three days of fiddling before I got them all working.

Question:

I've installed them and the lights came on but not for very long. It was a sunny day but it is still only March. Can I get them to last longer by turning them off and letting the battery get a good charge before using them?

Answer:

The units won't come fully charged. Prior to start using the lights you should always leave the lights switched off for 3-5 days and allow the batteries to built up charge. The run time would be extended.
