Please can I ask whether you have tried leaving the lights switched off for 3-5 days? I would recommend 5 if the weather is particularly overcast. Our lights can come partially charged and might work straight away, whereas others need a boost.
If after this time the light still has not come on I would recommend you check where the light is placed and to make sure that there is no heavy shading on the panel or anything obstructing the panel from receiving a full charge.

Unfortunately, the Elan Festoon bulbs are not replaceable.

With all out lights we advise south facinf positiong so the sun raise reach the panel for an ultimate charge
