Solar light for shed
I bought this movement sensor light to go in my new shed, and am very happy with it,it comes on as soon as I enter and gives a very good light, and goes off very soon after leaving, all by solar power. It has a very long cable so it can be fitted quite away from the solar panel. 3 screws fix the panel to the outside of the shed, and 2 fix a small back plate which the light hooks onto, all very easy, all in all a great buy.

SOLAR PIR PORCH LIGHT
I submitted a review earlier today expressing my satisfaction with the service and delivery but missed out on two things. It's fitted and working but the back panel was loose with no small self tapping screws supplied to fix it to the holes already drilled in the body of the light. There is no reference in the instructions about these and without them the whole light holder would fall out.
The lights are superb but the it has to be either fitted to horizontal surface or directly onto a vertical wall which mean it shines directly at you with a blinding light when walking towards it.I had to make up an extension bracket to fit it over the garage door so it shines down to illuminate the external door locks. Also the lamp unit doesn't seem at first glance to be very weatherproof and the information sheet doesn't mention if it is for internal or external mounting.I'd like some answers please.

I would like to say how pleased I am with my purchase. I placed my order with you on Friday 16th March at about 3pm and the item was delivered at 11am the next morning. Installation was very easy ( about 30 mins ) and the light output is much better than I expected. I was so pleased that I have now ordered another product from you the Evo 15 security light. I would rate the porch light and your customer service as 5 stars.

Nice bright porch light. This has been working well even in overcast winter weather and despite not particularly well place solar panel.

I bought this after previously getting the EVO56 solar powered security light, and for use lighting inside my garage which doesn't have power. The light is a decent brightness to allow you to see what your doing, but no where near the power of the EVO56 security light. I'd say something akin to around a 30w incandescent bulb. The PIR sensor is great as the light automatically turns on as you enter the garage. The light itself was out of charge when I installed as I kept turning it on to establish the bes positioning so it lost the "out of the box" charge. However within 3-4 overcast days with a few hours of sun there was enough charge for it to start lighting up again for the short periods (2-3 mins) I normally spend in the garage.Had the light around a month now and would recommend for anyone looking for a solution where you don't have power.

Was a bit skeptical when I placed an order. It's for our allotment shed where we can't get electricity supply. It was so bright when I first switched it on and the motion sensor switch on itself works perfectly. Install it in the winter and charging have no problem. Easy to install eco friendly what an excellent product!

I was a bit sceptical about this light having experienced some naff solar things before but so far i`m quite impressed no its not as bright as a mains light. If like me you dont have a mains supply near your porch etc this is a resonable compromise. The pir comes on at about 4 meters away and stays on for about 30 seconds.

The light I purchased is excellentI have it in a small porch and it is very bright.I will be getting more at some stage to fit in my garage and also my shed.I can highly recommend the solar light to anyone needing a bright light that runs on sunlight.Great product and excellent service. faulty item was dealt with very quickly and without fuss.Communications by company are 1st class.

The sort of product that makes you sit up and take solar seriously. Gone are the days fumbling around the shed with my lighter this light detects me as I open the door and switches on automatically. Its a sintch to put up very bright and reliable so far. Had I gone the mains power route I would have had to fork out the best part of £480 just to get conduit to my shed and thats before I would have paid for the actual light installation and on going electric bills.
